The air park is in an ideal location just 20 minutes from the nearest beaches and close to historic sites, nature reserves, cycle tracks, walks and golf courses.

Shops and services are in nearby Talmont St. Hilaire,with its medieval castle,port, and beaches, as well as the vast surrounding countryside make it a particularly pleasant and quiet place to live. The larger towns of Les sables d'Olonne et la Roche sur Yon can be reached in 20 minutes.

Development of the Air Park commenced 15 years ago on farmland.  All the natural trees and hedges were retained.  This along with boundary hedges planted at the outset give a high level of privacy.  The residents are multi national and bonded by the common love of flying.  Newcomers are immediately made welcome.

All residents are shared owners of the common land on the park.  This includes the 820m. hard runway with adjoining good quality grass runway.

Remote control barriers ensure the privacy and security of the Air Park. The annual association fee ( 1000 Euros 2010) pays for all site maintenance to ensure all the common areas, runways, taxiways, large fishing lake are maintained to a high standard.
